Hamlin, Texas — City Road Network Survey
IIHUB conducted a full ASTM D6433 PCI survey of the municipal road network for the City of Hamlin, Texas. The project required efficient mobilization and rapid data collection to minimize impact on city operations.
Every road segment was documented with geotagged imagery, distress identification per ASTM methodology, and PCI scoring. The city engineer received a complete GIS-ready deliverable package with condition maps, a prioritized maintenance list, and preliminary cost estimates for recommended treatments.
Goldendale, Washington — PASER Network Survey
The City of Goldendale, Washington engaged IIHUB to conduct a PASER-based pavement condition survey of all city-maintained road segments. PASER was selected as the appropriate methodology for network-level screening of a city of this size and budget.
Each road segment received a PASER rating (1–10), geotagged photographic documentation of representative distresses, and a prioritized list of segments recommended for immediate action, preventive maintenance, or monitoring. GIS outputs were delivered in Google Earth and shapefile formats.
Ozol — Industrial Facility Pavement Assessment
IIHUB conducted a comprehensive ASTM PCI pavement condition assessment for an industrial facility in California. The project required efficient mobilization, coordinated access with site operations, and high-resolution drone-based data collection.
Deliverables included section-level PCI ratings, geo-referenced orthomosaic imagery, distress overlay maps, GIS-ready shapefiles, and a prioritized repair schedule with cost estimates by treatment type to support the facility's capital planning cycle.
O'Fallon, Missouri — Parking Facility Assessment
A commercial parking facility in O'Fallon, Missouri engaged IIHUB for a comprehensive pavement condition assessment. The owner needed objective condition data, repair cost estimates, and a phased maintenance plan to support capital budget planning.
IIHUB delivered an ASTM PCI report with section-level ratings, drone-generated orthomosaic imagery with distress overlays, CAD and GIS-formatted deliverables, a visual evaluation of existing striping and marking conditions, repair quantity estimates by treatment type, and a 3-year phased maintenance budget.
